With over 12 years experience specializing in strength and conditioning, Mark has worked with youth athletes, college athletes, and the general population. His love and passion for fitness drives him to bring the best out of his clients by improving their performance, health, and wellness through proper training, nutrition, and recovery.

With the end result always being that his clients reach their goals and become better functional human beings, Mark educates his clients through every movement to ensure they understand what muscles they should be using and why they are doing that exercise.

Orthopedic Assessment

Every client that Mark takes on goes through a full body Muscular/Skeletal Assessment. The assessment is 50+ orthopedic measurements.

Following the assessment, a seven general movement pattern assessment is performed entailing:

  • Squat

  • Lunge

  • Bend

  • Push

  • Pull

  • Twist

  • Gait

This systematic approach will ensure you can be the most functional human being as possible. Nothing is overlooked!

Customized Training Programs

After the assessment, the data taken is used to design a customized program from the ground up for the clients exact needs. Everything is taken into account from a clients injury history, lifestyle, sport, overall goals and so on.

Recovery

Recovery MUST match your training!

  • Normatec Leg Compression - increase circulation, reduce swelling and soreness, revive muscles to recover faster

  • Graston Technique - break down scar tissue and fascia restrictions (knots) in soft tissue to help restore range of motion and tightness in specific areas

  • Cupping -increase blood flow, reduce inflammation, release toxins, reduce muscle tightness
